Les interventions que je mène avec l’appui de partenaires ont pour but d’aider les organisations à réussir leurs changements. Nous leur apportons de la méthode, de l’expérience et surtout la capacité à appliquer celles-ci à un contexte donné. Cela peut prendre différentes formes selon votre besoin:

Préparer et Mettre en Oeuvre un Changement

• Conseil: nous réalisons d’abord un diagnostic de votre changement, en analysant les facteurs influant les chances de réussite de sa mise en oeuvre. Après en avoir partagé les conclusions, nous clarifions avec vous la vision et les objectifs du changement puis élaborons son plan de route. Enfin, nous facilitons sa mise en oeuvre par un travail d’animation, d’apport méthodologique, d’impulsion, de cadrage et d’écoute. De “diagnostiqueur” et co-producteur en début d’intervention, nous glissons peu à peu vers un rôle d’animateur et de coach pour assurer la pleine appropriation du changement par vos équipes, condition sine qua non de sa pérennité.

• Coaching:de managers, chefs de projet, en charge de la mise en oeuvre d’une démarche de changement. Après avoir formalisé votre besoin par un accord d’objectif et de niveau d’impact, nous vous accompagnons sur plusieurs séances de 1 à 2 heures au cours desquelles nous vous aidons à prendre du recul, à vous poser les bonnes questions et trouver les réponses. En face à face ou à distance par Skype, vous bénéficiez des enregistrements des séances.

Domaines d’application: restructurations, fusions/acquisitions, internationalisation, Systèmes d’Informations, ERP/PGI/CRM, Démarches QHSE/RSE/Développement durable et plus généralement tout changement dont la réussite passe par l’adhésion des collaborateurs.

What we do: Change Leadership & Management

The work I do with my partners is eventually aimed at helping organisations change successfully. We bring know-how, experience and most of all the ability to apply those in a given context. This can take various forms depending on your need:

Preparing and Implementing Change

• Consulting: we initially take a close look at the change at hand, how compatible it is with your organisation, how attractive it seems to your people and what impact it is likely to have on the way they work. After having shared these initial findings, we work with you to clarify what you want to achieve with this change and what is the roadmap to get there. Finally we help you to put the change in place through facilitation, methodology, and drive. From analysing and co-producing in the beginning, we slowly move towards an animating role during our work while your people move from learning to owning and doing.

• Coaching: of managers, people, in charge of or highly involved in a change initiative. After having formalised your need, we agree on a set of objectives for the coaching. We determine and carry out a number of 1 to 2 hours sessions during which I will help you to take a step back, guide you, explore the questions you need to ask yourself and find the answers. I work face-to-face as well as over Skype. In both cases, recording of our sessions will be available to you.
